Thank you all for your patience and effort in this, our first day of school! We recognize that there were a number of “glitches” in today’s sessions, and we’d like to address some of the concerns we heard from you:
Not Receiving Emails/Login Information
Some of you may have changed your email or indicated a preference that might not align with the information in our system. If you have already activated your Rediker account, you can update your contact information.
If you haven’t received any emails with account information, please remember to send an EMAIL VERIFICATION with your preferred email address to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Having Difficulty Logging In

Having Questions Re Device/Book Pick-up
If you need to arrive to pick up materials at an alternate time, this is permitted. Please check the website for detailed information on times and locations.
Not Having a Class Code for Google Meet
This information should have been provided by your child’s teacher. For the safety and protection of your child, all teachers go through an extensive background check. Although teachers for all classes have been hired, a few are still completing the vetting process. Until they do, they will not be meeting with your child, but assignments will be posted.
Logging Into a Class Without a Teacher
For students to be able to log into a classroom meeting, the teacher for that class must have signed in first. What has occurred is that teachers themselves have experienced systems issues and been cut off from their meetings. Our Technology Department is working with teachers to ensure this problem is resolved.
Although we did not have coverage today for one teacher who was absent, please be assured that we are putting a process into place to ensure that absences are covered.
