Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are most appreciative of your patience and understanding as we continue to refine the St. Thomas Aquinas Distance Learning Program.

The challenges we have shared with you previously, continue to be addressed and we are making progress each day. The daily communications from the leadership team provides you with answers to questions raised by parents during the day. We will continue this process of communicating with you throughout the academic year.

Our leadership team of Mrs. Pizzi and Dr. Lamattina continue to work collaboratively with faculty and students. We have adopted a co-principal model, which will allow direct oversight for Grades K to 4 and Grades 5 to 8. In the co-principal model, the leadership team will work together to address student matters, curriculum, policy, and procedures.

In order to ensure that everyone is given the proper attention, we have assigned the leadership team with specific roles and responsibilities. Dr. Lamattina will be working with students and faculty members in Grades K to 4 and Mrs. Pizzi will be working with students and faculty in Grades 5 to 8.

Moving forward, I ask that when you have specific questions related to your child(ren), please direct them to the person responsible for that grade level. You can reach:

Dr. Lamattina: ap@stthomasaquinasbq.org
Mrs. Pizzi: principal@stthomasaquinasbq.org

We have also hired an administrative assistant Lori Krapf, to assist with the administrative responsibilities, associated with the running of the program. She can be reached at stadlpoffice@stthomasaquinasbq.org.

Please remember to use the Technology Ticketing Process for problems dealing with technology issues. You can click here to access the Technology Ticketing System.

I appreciate your support, as we work to provide your child(ren) with a Catholic distance learning experience.

St. Thomas Aquinas pray for us.
Sincerely,
Thomas Chadzutko, Ed.D.
