This is the fastest way to receive a response. Please do not email any other address for a technology issue.
You should have received an email with your child’s User ID and Password. This can be found in the Parent Portal.
You can contact tech support by going to https://stthomasaquinasbq.on.spiceworks.com/portal and completing a support ticket. This is the most efficient way for us to stay in contact and help rectify technology issues as they arise. Please be as specific as possible when creating the ticket.
Please know that we are experiencing a very high volume right now and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Also know that tech support can only help with issues pertaining to account access and passwords.
If your issue is specific to a Google Classroom or Google Meet code, you will need to reach out to the teacher who created it.
Once the student has their login credentials, they simply need to go to google.com and click “Sign In” at the top right. They will then access all of their Google Apps from the “Waffle Menu” in the top right.
Your child’s teacher will email the details of their Classroom code and other further information.
